(“Busy Bee Courier Inc" “we” and “us”). You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don’t have the right to use our Services. Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms. We are always trying to improve our Services, so these Terms may be required to change from time to time. Busy Bee Courier Inc reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by placing a notice on our website, by sending you an email, and/or by all of our social media platforms. If you don’t agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them; unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use our Services.
Marketing : We apply our stickers to all orders and may/may not feature your product/service on our various social media accounts - we reserve the rights to do so at any time.
Deliveries : From time time to time we may have to outsource some deliveries based on volume and by third party.We accept 100% liability for these types of deliveries.
Payment: Invoices are to be paid prior to service. We only offer prepaid service at this time.
Liability: We will cover up to 50% Liability for lost/damaged items. Items: We will not deliver illegal goods under any circumstances .Meaning any item/s deemed illegal on a federal level we will not accept the delivery.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed and completed within 7 business days if a refund is required.
Waiting fee : Our drivers wait for a maximum of 5 mins at any drop off location, if this time is exceeded you will be charged $5.99 + applicable taxes (HST)
